Key Responsibilities
- Plan, film, and edit video content including interviews, webinars, training sessions, and corporate event highlights from start to finish.

- Create and adapt visual assets such as social graphics, infographics, and presentation slides for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to break down technical or financial topics into accessible video scripts, captions, and short clips.
- Maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, industry events, and key firm announcements.
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to recommend creative formats that improve reach and engagement.
- Assemble and maintain a portfolio of finished videos and digital content, documenting revisions and final deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in communications, digital marketing, media studies, film production, journalism, public relations, graphic design, or a closely related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, video production and editing, or digital content creation.
- Professional proficiency with video-editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent software.
- Proven experience running organizational or commercial social accounts, including scheduling, publishing, and reporting on analytics.
- Solid graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for non-specialist audiences.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your video production, social media, and digital content work.
- Desirable: experience creating content for professional services, accounting, audit, tax, finance, or consulting firms.
- Desirable: experience filming and editing webinars, interviews, training programs, and live corporate events.
- Desirable: familiarity with motion graphics, animation, paid social advertising, website content management, email marketing platforms, SEO, and digital lead generation.
