Position Purpose
Spacemine Holdings Limited is in search of a vigilant Site Security Supervisor to anchor our physical local security operations. Reporting to the Head Office, you will be the frontline authority responsible for protecting our multi-billion shilling projects from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized intrusion, ensuring a safe environment for all staff and contractors.
Primary Objectives
In this role, you will transition from static guarding to high-level oversight. You are tasked with the strategic coordination of security personnel across various live construction environments, ensuring that material shrinkage is eliminated and that site entry/exit protocols are followed without exception.
Candidate Credentials
Professional Background: At least 4 years of experience in security supervision, with a strong preference for those coming from the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
Leadership Track Record: Proven ability to command and manage large teams of security guards across geographically dispersed locations.
Incident Management: Skilled in conducting thorough investigations, risk assessments, and preparing detailed security briefs.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Kenyan security laws, emergency response protocols, and modern risk management techniques.

Command & Discipline: A firm leadership style that ensures guards remain alert and compliant with site rules.
Sharp Observation: An intuitive eye for identifying vulnerabilities in site perimeters or procedural gaps.
Effective Liaison: Strong verbal and written communication skills to report findings to site managers and law enforcement if necessary.
