Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, accurately capturing service needs and creating detailed job cards.
  • Coordinate service jobs by scheduling work, liaising with technicians, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
  • Provide customers with clear updates on diagnostics, repair progress, costs, and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate job costing, including labor, parts, and external services, while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of required components and minimize downtime.
  • Verify completed work against job cards and uphold quality standards before vehicle or equipment handover.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and promoting service offerings to support business growth.

Key Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Experience with Hyundai equipment or similar brands.
  • Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery
  • Proficiency in workshop management systems and basic computer applications.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel occasionally to regional branches.
