- To support this journey, we are strengthening our central team with a dedicated specialist who will help optimize the performance of our decanter centrifuges in the field and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Within Service, we continuously develop new products and services while improving existing offerings.

Key responsibilities:
- Support and execute FAT and commission new installations.
- Expert troubleshooting on Decanter installations.
- Training of sales company field service engineers and customers.
- Strong skills in Electrical, mechanical, knowing control systems and decanter tuning process knowledge.
- Be part of development and execution of new services for business unit separation technologies service department.
- Install & commission control system upgrades and condition monitoring systems.
- Technical support for Decanter (Remote support, helpdesk, claim investigations etc.)
This position can be based anywhere in the world, with an expected international travel commitment of up to 70% When not traveling, you can work from home.
What You Know
- Several years of experience with Alfa Laval decanter systems in industrial applications is required
- Knowledge of high-speed separators is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong technical skills within mechanical and electrical disciplines, with the ability to work with control systems
- Hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop continuously
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel worldwide
