A leading Tier 1 Fit-Out Main Contractor in Dubai is looking to hire an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to support the delivery of high-profile interior fit-out projects across the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for planning professionals seeking to work with a reputable contractor that has a strong portfolio and a consistent pipeline of prestigious projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive GCC planning experience, including proven experience in the UAE, along with a successful track record of managing planning activities for interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare detailed project planning programs and work schedules.
• Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and planning analyses.
• Monitor resource allocation and project milestones.
• Support project delivery by recommending corrective actions when required.
• Ensure planning activities comply with project objectives and contractual requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of GCC planning experience, including experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience delivering interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction planning methodologies and project scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Project planning and scheduling techniques.
• Interior fit-out project execution and coordination.
• Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications
