Senior HR Business Partner
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to partner with senior leaders, drive strategic people initiatives, strengthen HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and contribute to organizational growth within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, grievances, and employment law.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to support strategic decision-making and organizational planning.
- Lead HR transformation projects, process improvements, and digital HR initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders across Africa and Asia while promoting an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Progress towards CIPD Level 7 or a Master’s Degree is highly desirable.
- Experience: Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role.
- Global exposure: Experience supporting multinational or multi-country operations.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations, HR compliance, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Technical skills: Experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
