Description:
A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Medical Equipment Design Engineer to support the planning, design, and implementation of healthcare facility projects. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in medical equipment planning and multidisciplinary project coordination.
The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare planners, architects, and engineering teams to ensure that medical equipment solutions meet project requirements, international standards, and healthcare regulations. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to complex healthcare infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with health planners, architects, and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout project phases.
• Review medical equipment layouts, technical specifications, and material submittals.
• Ensure compliance with international healthcare regulations and medical equipment standards.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and integration of medical equipment during project execution.
• Support project teams by ensuring quality, safety, and operational requirements are achieved.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in medical equipment planning and healthcare projects.
• Experience with BIM (ISO 19650) and Health & Safety standards (ISO 45001) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
