The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored ERP solutions to organizations aiming to optimize their operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ERP solutions market
• Engage with potential clients and understand their business needs to offer suitable ERP systems
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Stay updated on industry trends and ERP technologies to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP sales within the UAE market
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
