Role Overview
This position sits at the point where customer interest becomes a completed sale. You will spend your days responding to enquiries from walk-in, phone and online customers, working through the numbers behind each quotation, and making sure every agreement, payment record and handover document is accurate and complete. The role matters because a mobility business runs on clean records and quick follow-ups — the person in this seat is what keeps the sales pipeline moving and the paperwork behind it defensible.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across showroom, telephone and digital channels, qualifying what each customer needs and matching them to the right product or service.
- Arrange and accompany test drives, product demonstrations and site or customer visits, using a valid driving licence to support these activities.
- Prepare quotations, pricing breakdowns, order forms and sales agreements, checking figures and terms before anything reaches the customer.
- Assemble and submit finance, insurance, registration and delivery documentation, liaising with internal teams and external partners so nothing stalls a completed sale.
- Maintain customer records and the sales pipeline in the CRM, logging every interaction and following up on open leads within agreed timeframes.
- Reconcile bookings, deposits, invoices and payment records, keeping files audit-ready and flagging discrepancies to the relevant manager.
- Coordinate vehicle or product handover, walking customers through features, warranty terms and service schedules so they leave confident in what they have bought.
- Track individual activity and conversion against monthly targets, and report pipeline status clearly in team reviews.
Requirements & Qualifications
- One to three years of relevant experience in a customer-facing sales, sales support, dealership, finance or service environment.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing or a closely related field.
- Strong administration and record-keeping habits, with a demonstrated ability to keep documentation accurate, current and easy to retrieve.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain pricing, terms and product details to customers without jargon.
- Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel — comfortable building and maintaining trackers, formulas and basic reports.
- A valid driving licence, since the role involves test drives, handovers and occasional customer visits.
Why Join
This is a role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of people and numbers within a fast-evolving mobility sector. If you are organised by nature, enjoy dealing directly with customers, and are comfortable owning both the commercial conversation and the documentation that follows it, you will find plenty here to build on.
