Description:
IT People Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior eCommerce Project Manager to join a leading organization in the UAE. This onsite position is best suited for professionals with a strong background in managing end-to-end eCommerce projects across multiple markets and delivering high-quality digital commerce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cart & Checkout optimization, Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) initiatives, payment gateway integrations, and new feature deployments. Applicants should possess excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and Agile delivery skills while driving continuous improvements across eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end eCommerce projects across multiple regional markets.
• Manage Cart & Checkout optimization to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
• Deliver Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) solutions, including click-and-collect and online-to-offline experiences.
• Oversee payment gateway integrations and checkout enhancements.
• Plan and execute new feature rollouts while maintaining project governance.
• Monitor project KPIs, maintain documentation, and support continuous platform improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, SAP Hybris, or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and Agile project delivery experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Cart & Checkout optimization
• Omnichannel (Endless Aisle) solutions
• Payment Gateway Integrations
• Payment APIs, tokenisation, and 3-D Secure
• JIRA and Confluence
• Looker or Power BI
