Consolidated Shipping Group (CSS Group) is expanding its Ocean Freight team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Executive to join its growing organization. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong knowledge of ocean freight operations and customer service within the logistics industry.
The selected candidate will manage customer service activities, support ocean freight processes, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. Candidates with UAE experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer service operations for ocean freight activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment processes.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Support documentation and operational requirements related to freight forwarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure service quality.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight processes and operations.
• Previous UAE experience is preferred.
• Ability to join immediately or within 30 days.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
