Senior Consultant – Data & Agentic

DataU3 is seeking a talented Senior Consultant – Data & Agentic AI to join its growing Data and AI consulting team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping organizations transform their operations through advanced data platforms, artificial intelligence solutions, and modern enterprise technologies.

The successful candidate will work on Data & AI transformation initiatives, supporting clients with strategic consulting, solution development, and implementation guidance. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to innovative AI projects while working with a dynamic consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support organizations in developing and implementing Data & AI transformation strategies.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.

• Deliver consulting services related to data platforms, analytics, governance, and AI solutions.

• Prepare executive presentations, workshops, business cases, and client deliverables.

• Manage client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

• Support the development of enterprise AI solutions using modern technologies.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of consulting experience with a leading consulting firm or technology consultancy.

• Strong expertise in Data Management, Data Analytics, Data Governance, or AI solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, RAG architectures, AI Agents, or enterprise AI platforms.

• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.

• Ability to create executive presentations, workshops, and business documentation.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Data Management & Analytics

 • Data Governance

 • Generative AI & AI Agents

 • RAG Architectures and Enterprise AI Platforms

 • Cloud, Data, and AI Technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certifications in Data, Cloud, AI, or Agentic AI.

• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

• Experience delivering projects within the UAE or GCC market.
