Job Description

Job Purpose Statement

The main purpose of this role is to drive the distribution of FX & Fixed income solutions. The role holder ensure the end-to-end management and growth of retail wealth solutions by owning the Sales customer journey, supporting business by preparing proposals, feedback management on wealth products, commercialization, and continuous enhancement of investment offerings. The role focuses on accelerating business growth through client acquisition, portfolio deepening, and market expansion, while equipping Relationship Managers and frontline teams with the knowledge, tools, and training required to effectively position and deliver wealth solutions. This is achieved through data-driven insights, strong stakeholder collaboration, and disciplined governance within a dynamic regulatory environment. The role will also be the bridge between the bank and our Product Houses (NCBA Investment Bank & Global Markets)

  • Academic Qualifications    Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required. Professional qualifications such as CISI, CIFA, or CFA are advantageous, while a Master’s degree will be an added benefit.
  • Desired Experience    Up to 10 years of experience in commercial or retail banking, sales, and lending, including at least 4 years in a management role within a comparable organization. Strong knowledge of wealth management, banking products and services, industry regulations, and commercial banking practices is essential.
