3i Infotech is currently looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in PL/SQL to join its growing technology team in Abu Dhabi. This role is critical in maintaining robust database systems and supporting enterprise-level applications to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database development, optimization, and performance tuning, along with the ability to work on complex systems and guide junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced PL/SQL procedures, functions, and triggers

• Optimize database performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related technical issues

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of database systems

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across development processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development

• Strong expertise in database design, stored procedures, and triggers

• Proven experience in performance tuning and SQL query optimization

• Solid understanding of database architecture and enterprise systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
