We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to provide technical support and manage daily IT operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting, hardware and software support, networking, and maintaining company websites.
The role requires a problem-solving professional who can ensure smooth IT infrastructure operations while supporting users and handling technical requirements efficiently. Candidates with UAE IT experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily IT support to employees and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems.
• Manage and maintain company websites and related technical requirements.
• Monitor IT systems and ensure smooth operation of infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Handle IT challenges with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
Requirements:
• UAE experience in a similar IT role.
• Strong knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware and software support.
• Knowledge of networking and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience in website management and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
