CRM Automation Specialist

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is looking for a skilled CRM Automation Specialist to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who have experience managing CRM systems, automating business processes, and improving customer relationship workflows.

The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing CRM performance, streamlining lead management, and supporting the sales and marketing teams through automation and data-driven solutions. Candidates with real estate CRM experience will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve operational efficiency.

• Automate lead management, routing, and nurturing processes.

• Maintain and improve CRM data quality and accuracy.

• Configure and manage CRM platform integrations.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion.

• Monitor CRM performance and recommend process improvements.

• Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and implement effective solutions.

• Generate reports and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience in CRM management and workflow automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with CRM platforms and third-party integrations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Real estate or sales CRM experience will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong knowledge of:

• CRM workflows, lead routing, and lead nurturing.

• CRM automation tools and system integrations.

• Data management, reporting, and process optimization.
