A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect specializing in technical design and Revit expertise. This role is ideal for a senior professional with extensive experience in architectural design, particularly within the UAE construction and development sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex architectural tasks, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design accuracy and compliance with local authority standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design development for large-scale projects within the UAE
• Utilize Revit and BIM tools to create, manage, and coordinate detailed design models
• Work closely with structural and MEP teams to ensure seamless design integration
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Support site execution activities and ensure design intent is maintained during construction
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and approval processes
• Provide technical leadership and problem-solving support throughout project stages
🛠 Technical Expertise Required:
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM 360
• Strong command of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion
