We Are Hiring – Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager (Real Estate Sector)

A well-established organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager with solid expertise in UAE real estate accounting. The ideal candidate must bring 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the UAE, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.

This position requires a detail-oriented finance professional who can independently manage end-to-end accounting functions while overseeing reporting standards and compliance requirements within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting cycles including financial closing and finalization of accounts
• Prepare and review MIS reports and conduct detailed financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax requirements
• Handle accounting for real estate transactions in line with IFRS standards
• Maintain strong internal control systems and implement financial best practices
• Lead and supervise accounting team members effectively

Required Skills & Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of real estate accounting practices in the UAE
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Practical experience with ERP systems (PACT preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Sound knowledge of IFRS reporting standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CPA will be an advantage)
• Preferably holding own visa
• Nationality preference: Indian
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic
• Mandatory possession of a valid UAE driving license
