Description:
Milaya Capital LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who have strong financial management skills and are looking to advance their careers in a dynamic business environment.
The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, oversee accounting operations, support reporting activities, and ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and UAE regulatory requirements. Candidates with capital markets or investment accounting experience will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, and UAE accounting regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, VAT, and UAE accounting regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capital markets or investment accounting experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and general ledger management.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• ERP systems, Excel, and accounting compliance requirements.
