Description:
Fairplatz is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. The organization is looking for a reliable accounting professional who can handle financial responsibilities with accuracy and ensure compliance with UAE accounting regulations. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be considered an advantage.
The selected candidate will play an important role in managing daily accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and supporting the company’s financial operations. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting systems and industry practices commonly used in the UAE.
Key responsibilities and expectations include:
- Managing day-to-day accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Working with Zoho Books and other accounting software to handle financial transactions and reporting
- Preparing financial statements and assisting with periodic financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with UAE accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring financial data to maintain accuracy and transparency in company accounts
- Coordinating with internal teams to support budgeting, reporting, and financial planning processes
- Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining organized financial documentation
The company is looking for individuals who have strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and practical experience with accounting software systems. A solid understanding of UAE financial compliance and accounting procedures will be essential for success in this role.
This is a full-time position based in Dubai and follows a 6-day work week schedule. The salary package will be offered in line with current industry standards and will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
