Description:
Fincirc is currently seeking a skilled and detail-focused Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who is ready to manage the full accounting lifecycle while contributing to a performance-driven work environment. The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on system experience, and the ability to manage financial processes with accuracy and efficiency.
The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and UAE regulations. Individuals who demonstrate accountability, leadership capabilities, and strong organizational skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and take full responsibility for the complete accounting cycle from recording to reporting
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and present financial insights to senior management
- Supervise accounting operations and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accuracy and reliability in financial records, reconciliations, and reporting processes
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Ensure VAT compliance, including preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation during audit processes
- Implement, manage, and maintain accounting software systems to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- ACCA qualified candidates with 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience
- CA qualified fresh candidates within the UAE are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial reporting standards
- Practical experience using Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho accounting software
- Solid expertise in preparing and analyzing MIS reports
- Demonstrated experience in supervising or managing accounting teams
- Ability to oversee end-to-end accounting functions independently
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join promptly
