  • Ensure full compliance with tax and statutory requirements across all operations.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and provide actionable financial recommendations to management.
  • Coordinate robust internal and external audit processes.
  • Investigate and resolve complex accounting discrepancies with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentor, guide, and support junior accounting staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Leverage ERP systems to improve reporting quality, controls, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BA/BSc/HND).
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
