We are looking for a dedicated Security Associate to anchor our safety operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Based at our Airport-area location, you will be the primary guardian of our guests, staff, and physical assets, ensuring that luxury and safety go hand-in-hand through constant vigilance and professional conduct.
The Role in Focus
In this position, you will move beyond basic guarding to become a key part of the guest experience. You are responsible for maintaining a secure perimeter, monitoring high-tech surveillance systems, and providing a reassuring presence that deters incidents while assisting our international clientele with the highest level of courtesy.
Candidate Credentials
Work History: 2–3 years of proven experience within a hotel or premium hospitality setup.
Technical Savvy: Practical familiarity with CCTV monitoring suites and modern electronic access control systems.
Emergency Preparedness: Basic certification in First Aid and a clear understanding of fire safety and evacuation protocols.
Physical Stamina: Ability to maintain peak performance during extended patrols and remain standing for the duration of a shift.
Core Talent & Skills
Surveillance & Detection: A sharp eye for identifying unusual activity and technical faults in security hardware.
Conflict De-escalation: The ability to resolve guest or staff disputes calmly, professionally, and without escalating the situation.
Loss Prevention: Disciplined management of entry/exit points and meticulous verification of supplier and staff movement.
Elite Communication: Clear reporting skills for incident logs and seamless coordination with emergency services (Police, Fire, Ambulance).
Hospitality Mindset: Balancing firm security enforcement with a warm, "guest-first" service approach.
