Description:

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Secretary to become part of our growing team in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing administrative responsibilities efficiently within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience working as a Secretary or Receptionist within the UAE.
  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience dealing with DMCC regulations and related administrative procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with efficient email management skills.
  • Highly organized, presentable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive company information.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role
