Description:
SVMB Shipping is looking for a detail-oriented Sea Export Documentation Executive to join its freight forwarding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in sea export documentation who are eager to build their careers in the logistics and shipping industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing export documentation, coordinating with shipping lines, customers, overseas agents, and transport providers, while ensuring all shipping procedures are completed accurately and on schedule. The position requires excellent organizational skills and a solid understanding of sea export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage complete sea export documentation.
• Issue Bills of Lading, shipping instructions, VGM, and other export-related documents.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, and transporters.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping documents and compliance with export regulations.
• Track export shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sea Export Documentation within a freight forwarding company.
• Good understanding of sea export operations and logistics processes.
• Experience working with shipping lines and overseas agents.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
