An exciting contract-based opportunity is currently available for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to join a reputable client in Dubai. The selected professional will work on-site and contribute to delivering advanced CRM and marketing automation solutions within a dynamic business environment.
- Work as a techno-functional expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and support activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver effective marketing automation solutions
- Configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud features based on business requirements
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support integration, deployment, and troubleshooting of marketing cloud solutions
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and data-driven marketing operations
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure system efficiency and performance improvements
- Operate in a fast-paced onsite environment while meeting project deadlines
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of CRM systems
- Currently based in Dubai and available for onsite work
- Open to contract-based roles and project-based engagements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
