Tadbeer (Life Plus Domestic) is urgently hiring experienced Sales Staff to join its growing team across three branches in Dubai and Sharjah. This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with experience in promoting domestic worker and housemaid services.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be customer-focused, and thrive in a target-driven environment. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell domestic worker and housemaid services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in selling domestic worker or housemaid services.
• Experience in selling part-time cleaning services is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
