You will be the face of the company, guiding prospective buyers and investors through the entire sales journey—from initial prospecting and professional property viewings to final negotiations and closing. This position is ideal for a proactive "closer" who understands the Nairobi property market and can build deep, trust-based relationships with a diverse clientele.
Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Conversion

Proactively identify new sales opportunities through a mix of cold calling, networking, and strategic field visits.

Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective investors, ensuring a steady flow of leads through the sales funnel.

Conduct detailed needs assessments with potential clients to match them with the ideal property solutions based on their budget and lifestyle preferences.

Execute consistent follow-up strategies to nurture long-term leads and encourage referrals from existing clients.
Marketing & Property Showcase

Leverage digital platforms, social media, and property portals to maximize the visibility of available listings.

Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop compelling presentations that highlight the investment potential of various projects.

Organize and lead professional property tours, providing accurate information on features, amenities, and market value.

Stay abreast of market trends in Westlands and surrounding areas to provide clients with expert advisory services.
Negotiation & Transaction Management

Negotiate sales terms and conditions between parties to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Masterfully handle objections and guide clients through the legal and financial decision-making processes.

Ensure the accurate preparation of sales documentation and agreements in compliance with company policy.

Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system for management reporting.
Requirements & Competencies
Professional Background

Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional sales experience, with a preference for those coming from the real estate or high-value asset sectors.

Track Record: Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Technical & Soft Skills
