Job Title: Sales Representative – Nakuru Region
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth in the Nakuru region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through both field and retail engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new customers within the assigned territory and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collect market information on customer needs, competitor activity, and pricing trends.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and activity updates.
- Ensure proper documentation of all sales transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to maintain satisfaction.
- Support merchandising, stock checks, and product displays where applicable.
- Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to company sales procedures.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or field marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of customer service principles and sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools.
