Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth within the territory.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and key customers.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market intelligence.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
