Sales Manager

Marquis Home Developer L.L.C is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead its real estate sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in the UAE real estate sector, particularly on the developer side, who is passionate about driving sales growth and achieving outstanding results.

As part of a rapidly growing luxury real estate developer, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing team, developing effective sales strategies, and building lasting relationships with clients and business partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.

• Identify market trends and explore new business opportunities.

• Work closely with the marketing and management teams to support business growth.

• Ensure outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience.

• Experience working on the developer side is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• UAE Driving License is an added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • UAE Real Estate Market

 • Sales Strategy & Team Leadership

 • English and Hindi Language Skills (Indian candidates preferred)
