A growing organization in the food supply sector is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Key Accounts to join its Dubai-based team. This position focuses on managing important customer accounts, strengthening long-term business relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales activities. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts
  • Understand customer requirements, particularly chefs and food service clients, and recommend suitable products from the company portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase account value and overall revenue
  • Handle daily operational concerns while coordinating closely with operations and logistics teams
  • Conduct regular weekly visits or meetings with key clients to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through account expansion, product adoption, and acquisition of new customers
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client communications, sales activities, and account progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in account management, sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments
  • Valid driving license is mandatory
  • Must currently be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining
  • Experience within the food industry or a related sector will be an advantage
