Job Title: Business Development Executive – Security Solutions
You will be responsible for driving sales growth within your assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, conducting security surveys, and delivering tailored solutions. You must work closely with branch and operations teams to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients who require security services in the region.
- Implement the company’s sales strategy and sales plan.
- Conduct security surveys to determine clients’ requirements and prepare proposals in liaison with the Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, and Technical Manager.
- Design client-focused solutions in liaison with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Technical Manager, and Business Development Manager.
- Follow up on prospects and document feedback.
- Participate in marketing activities.
- Ensure adherence to the sales procedure.
- Present proposed solutions to clients while staying up to date with the latest innovative solutions in the market.
- Gather market intelligence on business growth‑related areas.
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
- Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure close monitoring of sources of prospects.
- Generate periodic reports.
Qualifications
Education & Training
- Degree in a business‑related field.
- Professional training in sales & marketing.
Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience with proven results in a busy business development environment, preferably in the security services/products sector.
Knowledge
- Product portfolio: Guarding & K9, CCTV Solutions, Alarm Monitoring & Response, Access Control, Integrated Security Solutions, Cash & Deposit Machines, etc.
- Security industry dynamics.
