Our property management division is looking for a tenacious Sales Executive to lead our landlord acquisition strategy. Based in the CBD, you will be the primary engine for business growth, tasked with converting property owners into long-term partners through persuasive pitching and robust market networking.
Primary Accountabilities
Your daily focus revolves around the full sales lifecycle—from aggressive prospecting and database mining to high-level negotiations and contract signing. You will act as the face of the company, assessing property suitability and presenting tailored management proposals that solve landlord pain points and drive consistent revenue.
Professional Prerequisites

Industry Track Record: At least 3 years of experience specifically within a busy property management environment.

Conversion Mastery: A proven history of meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets and closing service agreements.

Networking Prowess: Ability to generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and industry forums.

Technical Reporting: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office to provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Scope of Work

Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective property owners.

Sales Presentations: Conducting site visits and delivering professional proposals that highlight our unique management value proposition.
