About the Role

We are a food processing plant based in Nairobi looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator with over 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a dairy or related industry, to manage our sales team and coordinate field operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the sales team to achieve set targets.

  • Plan and monitor daily sales activities, order follow‑up, deliveries, and collections.

  • Gather and analyze market information to support sales planning and strategy.

  • Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and customer feedback to management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

  • Proper understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

  • Commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Ability to drive a vehicle will be an added advantage.

  • Ability to supervise a big team.

Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in a sales department, preferably in a dairy plant or related FMCG/food processing environment.
