About the Role
We are a food processing plant based in Nairobi looking for a qualified Sales Coordinator with over 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a dairy or related industry, to manage our sales team and coordinate field operations.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the sales team to achieve set targets.

Plan and monitor daily sales activities, order follow‑up, deliveries, and collections.

Gather and analyze market information to support sales planning and strategy.

Ensure accurate reporting of sales performance and customer feedback to management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Requirements
-
Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Proper understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

Commitment to excellent customer service.

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

Ability to work comfortably in a fast‑paced environment.
-
Ability to drive a vehicle will be an added advantage.

Ability to supervise a big team.
Experience
-
3 years’ experience in a sales department, preferably in a dairy plant or related FMCG/food processing environment.
