Job Description

Experience: Minimum 3 years in fiber optic cable sales
Qualification: BA/BSc/HND in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced performance team. The role involves engaging potential B2B customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact at least 80 B2B leads per week.
  • Follow up on leads regularly via calls and emails to understand project requirements, timelines, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and send quotations in a timely manner.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups on quotations to ensure closure and address client concerns.
  • Schedule and participate in conference calls to address technical client queries.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and achieve daily/weekly KPIs.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Attend industry conferences and exhibitions to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of a Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience in high-value sales, preferably fiber optic solutions.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
