Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new clients
- Market and sell financial products including logbook loans
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads and close sales
- Ensure proper loan documentation and compliance
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage
- Previous sales experience, preferably in financial services, is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
