Role Overview
This position sits at the intersection of sales operations and digital marketing, ensuring the sales team has accurate, timely data to make informed decisions while also feeding the pipeline through online campaigns. Day to day, you will keep customer records clean, transform raw sales numbers into clear performance reports, and coordinate the administrative flow of quotes, contracts, and client communication. Your work directly affects how quickly the sales team can act on opportunities and how effectively the company reaches and engages potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep customer databases and sales documentation current, complete, and organised so that every team member works from reliable records.
- Produce regular sales performance summaries on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, using dashboards that make trends and gaps easy to spot.
- Dig into sales data to uncover patterns, flag underperforming areas, and surface practical recommendations for improvement.
- Track progress against sales targets and give the team clear, up-to-date visibility on where they stand.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts, and manage the back-and-forth correspondence that keeps deals moving forward.
- Support lead generation by helping plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and email channels.
- Keep the company website and social media profiles current with relevant, engaging content that supports marketing goals.
- Measure digital marketing performance, including website traffic, social engagement, and campaign conversion, then report on what is working.
- Build and maintain email marketing lists, segment them appropriately, and assist with sending campaigns to the right audiences.
- Collaborate with both sales and marketing teams to strengthen customer acquisition and retention while keeping all company and customer information strictly confidential.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Solid command of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manage spreadsheets, create reports, and present data clearly.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a strong plus, as is any hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Practical understanding of digital marketing platforms and social media management is preferred.
- Comfortable working with numbers, spotting inconsistencies, and turning raw data into straightforward summaries for non-technical colleagues.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks without losing accuracy or missing deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, especially for coordinating with internal teams and drafting customer-facing documents.
