Safety Officers & Safety Engineers

CC7 is expanding its Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team and is seeking experienced and motivated Safety Officers and Safety Engineers to join ongoing major EPC projects in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about maintaining high safety standards in complex industrial environments.

The selected candidates will contribute to enforcing safety procedures, supporting site operations, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations across project sites. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures on project sites

• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits

• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies

• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed safety reports

• Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HSE roles within EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards

• Ability to conduct risk assessments and safety inspections

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of:

• HSE management systems and procedures

• Risk assessment and hazard identification techniques

• Incident investigation and reporting

• UAE safety compliance standards
