Description:
Travel Retail Sales & Services LLC (TRSS), a member of the ARI Group, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Manager to oversee store operations and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is designed for a results-oriented professional who can manage operations strategically while remaining actively engaged on the shop floor.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business performance, enhancing customer experience, and leading teams through effective coaching and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full ownership of store performance during assigned shifts, maintaining a broad and strategic view of operations
• Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring strong team presence and operational excellence
• Promote a “customer first” culture, motivating and guiding team members to deliver exceptional service
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding budget targets and improving year-on-year results
• Focus on increasing Passenger Average Spend (PAS) through structured performance initiatives such as the Shift Excellence programme
• Provide leadership by coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members at all levels
• Act as a role model by inspiring teams and fostering a positive and high-energy work environment
• Support employee development, retention, and engagement within the organization
• Uphold ARI Leadership Standards by building trust, encouraging collaboration, and driving continuous improvement
• Maintain high shop floor standards and ensure smooth coordination with central support functions such as Buying and Order Management
• Serve as a point of escalation when required, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Salary and Benefits:
• Competitive monthly salary of AED 19,200

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail, beauty, or hospitality sectors

• Effective communication and influencing skills
• Experience in premium or luxury retail environments is an added advantage
