Wise Cat is seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Real Estate Agent to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in the Dubai residential property market who are confident in building client relationships, generating leads, and closing successful deals.
The successful candidate will manage their own sales pipeline, develop new business opportunities, and provide professional property solutions to clients. Candidates with strong negotiation skills, a target-oriented mindset, and existing UAE visa status will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and develop new client relationships within the Dubai residential property market.
• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
