A leading organization in Dubai is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Sourcing to join its procurement team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MRO sourcing, indirect procurement, and supplier management within industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Engineering.
The selected candidate will manage sourcing activities, develop procurement strategies, and support business operations by ensuring timely availability of industrial products, maintenance services, and equipment through effective supplier coordination and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sourcing activities for MRO and indirect procurement categories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Handle procurement of industrial products including pumps, motors, bearings, pipes, wires, cables, lighting, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment.
• Support facility management procurement requirements and AMC contract sourcing.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
• Ensure efficient procurement processes while maintaining supplier performance and compliance.
Requirements:
• B.Tech qualification is mandatory.
• 3–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.
• Strong experience in indirect procurement, facility management, and MRO sourcing.
• B2B procurement experience is required.
• Exposure to industrial products, maintenance services, and plant equipment.
• Candidates from Oil & Gas, Chemical, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering, or MRO industries are preferred.
• Candidates willing to relocate to Dubai are welcome to apply.
