Reservations Agent

City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel in Abu Dhabi is currently looking for a professional, service-oriented Reservations Agent to join its Reservations Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about guest satisfaction, possess excellent communication skills, and can manage hotel reservations with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working as a Reservations Agent in a hotel setting
• Strong working knowledge of hotel reservation systems, including PMS, CRS, and OTA platforms
• Good understanding of room categories, rate structures, packages, and availability control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to professionally handle reservations through phone calls, emails, and online channels
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all room reservation inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately process new bookings, modifications, and cancellations within the system
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to optimize occupancy and revenue
• Ensure correct rate loading and adherence to hotel pricing and revenue policies
• Respond promptly to guest and travel agent inquiries via phone and email
• Maintain organized and up-to-date reservation records and reports
• Upsell room categories and hotel services whenever appropriate
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and deliver consistent guest service excellence
