DEOW International is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a Dubai-based opportunity. This position is ideal for experienced maintenance professionals who can effectively oversee maintenance operations, supervise teams, and ensure the smooth functioning of facilities.
The ideal candidate should have relevant maintenance or facilities management experience, excellent coordination skills, and a valid UAE driving license. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and assign tasks to achieve operational goals.
• Monitor equipment and facilities to ensure proper maintenance and performance.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Support operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of maintenance operations and procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Indian nationality.
• Preferred age between 30 and 40 years.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Maintenance operations and preventive maintenance.
• Team leadership and coordination.
• Safety regulations and operational compliance.
