About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Preferably, the ideal candidate will have a background in engineering, solid customer service experience, and a proven track record in client management and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional customer support
- Manage and follow up on leads to convert them into sales
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Contact consultant to discuss potential additional work opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service
- Strong experience in handling clients and closing sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Must have own valid visa
- Arabic nationality only
- Must be 18-25 years old
