Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing and midwifery care in a busy maternity and general clinical setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Assist in deliveries, neonatal care, and postnatal support.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
- Midwives: At least 3 years of experience in a busy maternity setting.
- Nurses: Minimum 1 year of post‑internship clinical experience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
