Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses and Registered Midwives to join our clinical team. In this role, you will provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing/midwifery care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a busy maternity setting (for midwives) or general clinical settings (for nurses).
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control measures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
• Respond calmly and professionally under pressure.

Qualifications & Requirements

For Registered Midwives

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery or Nursing with a midwifery specialty.
• Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a busy maternity setting.

For Registered Nurses

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of post-internship clinical experience.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work effectively in shifts and manage high-pressure situations.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in basic nursing/midwifery procedures and equipment.
