Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced recruitment professional who can manage full-cycle hiring processes and deliver an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients and roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
  • Sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, databases, and networking
  • Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
  • Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients and managing feedback loops
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records using ATS/CRM systems
  • Building and sustaining strong talent pipelines
  • Staying updated on recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience within a recruitment or HR consulting firm (added advantage)
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A high level of professionalism and a strong client-first mindset
