Recruitment Specialist

Salary: Ksh35,000 – 40,000

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
• Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
• Assist in fulfilling manpower requirements within timelines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and coordination abilities.
• Recruitment experience is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
