Salary: Ksh35,000 – 40,000
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Assist in fulfilling manpower requirements within timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organization and coordination abilities.
- Recruitment experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
