Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting through onboarding.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for different roles.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability based on job requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through candidate and industry relationships.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement.

• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and strategies.

• Stay updated with industry trends and modern talent acquisition practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Experience in a technology or platform-based recruitment environment is preferred.

• Strong understanding of modern sourcing methods and social media recruiting strategies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software tools.

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
